3.1. When you purchase a package from Buzzkit, you gain the right to use our services based on a credit system associated with your package. The specifics of each package, including the number of credits and any usage limitations, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3.2. You own the content generated using our services. However, you do not have the right to resell, redistribute, or transfer the underlying technology, algorithms, or systems used by Buzzkit to generate this content.

3.3. Buzzkit retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Website, services, and all related software, technology, and intellectual property.

7.2. In no event shall Buzzkit's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid Buzzkit in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Termination

8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9.2. Users will be notified of any changes via email. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Use of Pexels Images

14.1. Buzzkit uses images from Pexels (https://www.pexels.com) in its content generation service. These images are licensed under the Pexels License, which allows for free use, modification, and distribution for both personal and commercial purposes.

14.2. When using content generated by Buzzkit that includes Pexels images, you agree to comply with the Pexels License, which includes but is not limited to the following terms:

    a) You can use the images for free for commercial and noncommercial purposes.
    b) Attribution is not required, but it is appreciated.
    c) You can modify the images.
    d) You cannot sell unaltered copies of an image, e.g. as a poster, print or on a physical product without modifying it first.
    e) You cannot claim that you are the creator of these images or the sole copyright holder.
    f) Identifiable people in the images may not appear in a bad light or in a way that is offensive.
    g) You cannot use images with identifiable brands to create a misleading association with a product or service.

14.3. Buzzkit does not claim ownership of Pexels images. All rights and credits for these images remain with their respective owners as specified by Pexels.

15. Entire Agreement
